Translation concern

When translating "Free Cultural Works" I am torn between "frjáls menningarverk" and "frjáls hugverk". The first one is a literal translation which works fine as far as grammar is concerned but sounds rather pompous and contrived to me. The latter is based on a more traditional vocabulary, "hugverk" literally translates to "mind work" and has traditionally been used for any kind of work that happens through creative thought. Perhaps it is going too far from the intended language of the English version to strip away references to "culture"? --Bjarki S (talk) 13:00, 29 December 2012 (EST)
