Through global communication networks, hundreds of millions of human beings today have the ability to access, modify, author, publish and distribute artistic works, scientific and educational materials, commentary, reports, and documents; in short: anything that can be represented as a sequence of bits. In many cases, however, we find that traditional copyright laws, which provide authors and artists with decades of protection even beyond their death, can impede cultural and scientific progress.


Works built by communities collaborating as volunteers, art created for the purpose of shared enjoyment, essential learning materials, scientific research funded through taxpayer money, and many other works do not benefit from artificial scarcity. They benefit from being used freely. We therefore believe that these works should be free, and by "freedom" we mean:

Setiap pagi sering aku melihat sebuah mentari selalu mulai naik di angsa diatas Gunung yang indah dan lirik begitu pesona.  
Dan awang-awang pun menatap dan mengelilingi diatas  Gunung itu, sering kita  biasa di sebut Gunung "POUPOTU ". 
Sebuah Cahaya mentari itu terpantul dan terkena di alam-ku "PIYAIYE".  Dan lebih khusus-Nya halaman kelahiran-ku "PELES mi" Apogomakida. cahaya-Nya mengelilingi pepohonan dan lerumputan yang ada disekitar itu kena juga begitu sebuah daun-daunan pun terkena sehingga sebuah daun itu pun warna menjadi berwarna hijau muda hanya karena tanah subur.
Begitu pulah dibalik-Nya, seorang  "susa meri lewa bilong yu peles west Mapia" / ( adik Nona sayang kau adalah gadis Mapia Barat )/ Bude itu.
Dan seorang Bude itu ikut cantik sekali body pun sangat mica seperti daun berwarna hijau mudah di mata seorang anak bocha kecil di saat "Apogomakida".
Ketika seorang anak bocha kecil itu di dalam hati dia, ia akan mau bertanya sesuatu hal kepada si seorang Bude. Tetapi bocha itu, memunculkan di dalam lubuk hati kecil tak bertenang dan hati pun bergerak ingin mau-Nya tanya satu hal tapi hal takut akan muncul di hati boçha itu, hanya karena si Bude itu sangat cantik sehingg apa yang seorang bocha berfikir di dalam hati ini tersimpan di dalam lubuk hati kecil pada diri  saja.
Lalu dua hari kemudian seorang bocha kecil, hati pun tak tenang merasa  untuk mau bertanya lagi si seorang gadis Bude itu. "Bertanya"
"Teman saya juga bisa masuk SD kah tidak ini" ? "kata bochakecil".
Lalu gadis Bude itu tanya balik kepada bocha juga,
Teman benar kamu mau masuk sekolah kh..?"kata bude".
Jawab "Ya saya jujur dan iklas mau masuk sekolah ini teman". "kata Bocha""Jawab"
besok pagi itu harus rapi baru datang ke sekolah" "kata bude".
"Ya baik saya siap teman "kata bocha".
Ketika besok pagi-Nya itu bocha tidak mandi dan tidak sisir apa lagi pakai pakaian berwarna puti merah pun sompan sampin lalu bocha pagi-pagi pergi ke sekolah, dan bocha tiba di sekolah tepat jam, 6: 25 PM, WPB. Ketika bocha tiba disekolah, seorang Bude pun sudah duluan telah tiba untuk menunggu kedatangan Ibu Bapa Guru dan teman-teman Sekolah.  Dan bocha melihat dengan si Bude itu, waja dia dan sebuah biji mata menjadi berwarna putih yang bergilau itu tanda-nya bahwa untuk menunggu kedatangan seorang anak bocha kecil. Tapi bocha ia akan tiba-tiba tatap muka dengan si Bude itu.
Lalu Bude itu ia akan perhatikan sambil berteriak bahwa "ee" kawan kamu mandi boleh; "kata Bude.
sedangkan bocha diam saja didepan Bude. Lalu Bude merasa kasih sayang kepada Bocha kecil sehingga Bude sambil peluk tetesan air mata jatu langsung dan alis mata membasahi penu dgn air mata tertampias di pipi Bude hanya karena merasa kasih syg dan cinta kepada seorang anak Bocha kecil.
Selamah sekolah dasar (SD) YPPK SANTA SANTUS STEFANUS APOGOMAKIDA" itu Bude tidak pernah jauh dari seorang anak Bocha kecil dia, ketika bocha kecil dia pun tidak terlepas dari Bude.  Sekolah dasar (SD) kelas II (Dua) kebawa tidak baku lepas kedua anak itu, ketiga SD Kelas (III) /tiga" baru mulai berpacaran sehingga tamba semangat lagi didalam kedua lubuk hati namun itu biar hujan dan sakit apa pun harus pergi ke sekolah karena disana ada juita atau kasih sayang jadi didalam sebuah buku polio tidak ada alpa dan sakit tidak ada kedua anak itu.
PERJANJIAN berbagai bahasa keluar dari hati ke hati dengan iklas untuk kita berdua itulah menjadi sebuah JANJI yang murni sabagai sebuah dorongan dan motivasih yang abadi untuk anak Bocha dan Bude dan inilah sebagai "LOVE  WHICH FIRST" atau ( CINTA YANG PERTAMA).
Tetapi, beberapa bulan kemudian hari seorang gadis Bude itu ia akan panggil pulang di kota Nabire tampa seizin kakasih-Nya dia seperti sebuah kapal kayu tampah stom berlayar lautan bebas.    Lalu Bocha ia akan bertanya-tanya kepada teman-teman didalam kelas tapi mereka jawab tidak tahu semua.
Lalu Bocha tidak buka sebuah mulut sendiri berkata hanya main bibir saja begini, (PISS...PISS.. DAN...PISS) lalu Bocha tidak kecewa, tidak sakit hati, dan tidak menyesal lagi.
Apa yang Bude mengeluarkan sebuah berbagai kata-kata JANJI manis itu manjadikan JANJI  pahit atau JANJI palsu dan inilah membuat bagi saya menjadi saksi bisu itu untuk kita berdua seorang anak Bocha kecil dan seorang gadis Bude.
Wahay kekasi-ku Bude JANJI itu menjadikan JANJI BEKAS.
